Office Manager and PA

We are looking for an Office Manager and PA to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. As a PA you will work closely with our CEO to provide administrative support

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the CEO (diary management, Setting up calls and meetings, Travel arrangements worldwide,)
  • To oversee the smooth running of the office
  • Ordering office supplies, entrance permits, batches/keys
  • Build, order, and manage office administrative needs
  • Assist with the office monthly expenses reports
  • Taking care of shipments and deliveries in the local office
  • Manage and carry out tasks related to internal projects, administrative duties, HR admin duties, and other tasks as requested
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • B.A degree- an advantage
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • A proactive approach to problems solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English-A must
  • Hebrew – an advantage
