- Work with our partners and prospects to make their story with PubPlus a success
- Establish a straightforward onboarding journey for our partners
- Ensure partners retention goals and drive partners adoption for PubPlus services and product
- Develop and maintain PubPlus knowledge base and provide our partners training and guidance
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our services, assist partners with questions, and suggest the best solutions for their needs
- Optimize existing B2B processes within the company
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, B2B Account Manager, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B account manager in SaaS companies – An advantage
- Proven track record of high communication and partners relationship skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Data-driven mindset and analytic skills
- Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability
- Out of the box thinker and creative
- Very strong verbal and writing English skills
