B2B Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and help us grow. You will…

  •  Work with our partners and prospects to make their story with PubPlus a success
  •  Establish a straightforward onboarding journey for our partners
  •  Ensure partners retention goals and drive partners adoption for PubPlus services and product
  •  Develop and maintain PubPlus knowledge base and provide our partners training and guidance
  •  Maintain a detailed understanding of our services, assist partners with questions, and suggest the best solutions for their needs
  •  Optimize existing B2B processes within the company

 

You have…

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, B2B Account Manager, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B account manager in SaaS companies – An advantage
  • Proven track record of high communication and partners relationship skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
  • Data-driven mindset and analytic skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player, self-learning ability
  • Out of the box thinker and creative
  • Very strong verbal and writing English skills
